Mallard recognizes Mother's day with cats and dead rats.
Classy.

Tinsley should know better than to depict anyone or anything as a sump-trolling substandard underachiever...but then, self-awareness has never been one of his strong points, has it?
Wow. Wherever she may be, his mum must be so proud.
Of course, since she's a woman, his list of back-up punchlines involve actual punches, plus a litany of excuses for Rush Limbaugh.
Brucie uses Mother's Day as a vehicle for expressing his hatred of cats. Pretty much what one would expect from a sociopath who only occasionally feels the need to pretend that he possesses a fragment of human decency.
I think he's more using his hatred of cats as a cover for his resentment of women. Here he's gifting the one who brought him into this world with something he pulled from the sump pump of his mind.
"Mallard Fillmore continues to be one of the most highly contentious and celebrated comic strips, providing a unique conservative viewpoint to the comics pages..."

Aw, he's giving us the day off by retreating into utter irrelevance.
I'll use it to writhe around in pain; back went out. Lucky for me, the offspring is handling Mother's Day with gusto.
Ladies, gentlemen and neocons, I give you Cat Mother and the All-Night Newsboys performing a medley of their hit.
I've seen lots of bizarre "comics" crapped out by Bruce Tinsley, but this one takes the cake.
What. The. Fuck.

You know, you can actually make an amusing and even touching comic from the idea of cats and dead rats. Just ask B. Kliban:

(Sorry for the size; best I could find in a hurry.)
Is there anythihng Brewski can't do worse than anyone else?

Yep, that pretty much sums up today's "comic".
Wow, dude.
Just...
