Government Spending.
This is going to continue until Friday. Nothing new will be added. Mallard will just repeat this over and over and over.
Then he will make an incomprehensible panel about fish.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Oh, WOW. This means all those strips in which Tinsley "duplicated" Mallard were being ironic!
...Ha ha, no. Tinsley's too far gone upstairs to recognize anything of the sort, let alone contrive it himself.

Strange that he's going on about this just after Obama announced plans to reduce duplication between Commerce and Interior Departments. So is he praising Obama for this effort??

Not so strange, Anon. Wrong-Way Tinshley has an uncanny knack for calling out things he hates approximately one and a half weeks before the gripe becomes utterly irrelevant*. It's the one thing he's good at.

Is Mallard criticizing the duplication of military services, in particular, the hiring of Halliburton and Blackwater and so on ... to do things that in WW2 were done by our armed services?
