What's Mallard raving about today?
Habitually offended people.
Seriously, someone who habitually parrots talking points from the channel that gave us the War on Religion and the War on Christmas is living in the proverbial glass house and should really shut their trap.

Yeah, I'll remember this when saying "Happy Holidays" touches off the annual shitstorm. Or the next time Obama says/does anything and the wrongwing corporate-owned media outrage machine launches into overdrive. (Did I actually say "next time?" Silly me, of course it's in perpetual overdrive!)
Nice sucker sissy-slap at "moderates" (possibly unintentional), but "peeved?" Coming from a guy who draws a duck "peeved" at so many things for the fifty percent of its existence not devoted to smirking like a dick at some fantasy of self-righteousness? Heh!
Also, Batshit's strawgoofus (who, ironically and again most likely unintentionally resembles George F. Will far more than Batshit's usual Stoopit Liburul) is making the same argument that Batshit himself makes whenever you mention acts of terrorism committed by Persons of Penised Pale Persuasion.
Finally: Well done, Bruce. Two variations of the same face with the same expression; walls of text. I'd be ashamed to accept payment for something like this.
Is this guy one of the guest co-hosts of Faux and Friends (latest topic: Mario Batali is a dirty hippie fascist communist for living on food stamps for a week) or something? Maybe he's part of Focus on Other People's Families? Or the Parents Television Council? Or the Catholic League? So many options ...
I think he was trying to draw the same person twice. Here's why he sticks with the duck so much. You can tell it's intended to be the same character.
Maybe Tinsley should seek advice from professionals, like Cathy Guisewite, or the person who does "Reply All."
Who are these "Habitually Offended" people? I've never met one in my entire life. If I didn't know any better I would say that Tinsley has invented a strawman to pummel relentlessly.
There is no such thing as a "habitually offended person." Only habitually offensive people. Why are "conservatives" so offensive?
There are people who habitually read their favorite comic strips, and there's this train wreck two panels down.

Obama likes electric cars, so right wingers freak out over electric cars. Michelle Obama suggests that kids should eat healthy and exercise, and right wingers call her a "food fascist." People say "Maybe giving racists the right to shoot unarmed teenagers should be questioned," and Bruce freaks out.
Tin-for-brains, drop me a line if you ever get within a thousand miles of understanding the point I'm making. I'll wait; the Sun won't burn out for billions of years.
Tinsley sees offended people all the time and concludes, not that he is offensive, but that there's something wrong with everyone else.
My guess: it's almost 3 weeks since Tinshley suggested Zimmerman would be convicted only because otherwise the evil, degenerate black people would riot (Mallard Fillmore 4/30/2012). He seems genuinely confused as to why anyone would be offended by suggesting that an entire race is so depraved that our American justice system can't work.
I'm kind of surprised that Brucie made the effort to draw the same shot of the same guy twice instead of doing a copy-paste. You don't suppose we got to him with our merciless ribbing over the repeated copy-pasting on his "predictions" and "Mallentines" strips earlier this year, do you? Because that would be awesome.
WV: Eshen Lestaf: The protagonist of the upcoming series of post-apocalyptic teen vampire novels which Mallard will bitch about even as he trolls the "young adult" section of the bookstore.
I'm offended that he forgot a period at the end.
