After Citizens United, I support that idea. The Supreme Court could hardly become a worse, more partisan institution.

What's Mallard raving about today?
The Supreme Court, Job Applicants.
If Mallard had ever done anything to warrant granting him the benefit of the doubt, I'd say that was a general complaint about the Senate confirmation process, which is a farce no matter who is nominated.
As it is, I am sure this is some sort of criticism of Elena Kagan who Mallard thinks lacks qualifications. Probably because she was nominated by a Secret Muslim Socialist Nazi who isn't even an American citizen.

That damned Consensus
What's Mallard raving about today?
President Obama, Elena Kagan, Consensus.
Yes, it's too bad the President was unable to reach consensus with Republicans, seeing as how they have been acting in good faith.
Like Mitt Romney who rejected a Health Care Plan which was virtually identical to the one he put in place in Massachusetts.
And Sarah "Death Panels" Palin.
Or the Republicans who called for a bipartisan debt commission but when President Obama agreed to it, seven of them suddenly disagreed?
You can't build consensus with people who are only interested in burning the house down.
