By the way Mallard, Mr. T.V. Policeperson is an actor, not a real policeperson. And talking to the T.V. is a sign of late-stage dementia. Please, take the medications like the doctor says, and stay on them.

Well, yeah, it's a good idea to buckle up, it can save your life, that's common sense.
This is weird.
And where are his 'fat cop' stats? Most of the cops I know are in good shape, or they wouldn't be in the 'chase bad guys' position.
My dad's a cop, and he was recently diagnosed with diabetes - hereditary, not lifestyle.
I do agree 'click it or ticket' is stupid, we don't have more important things to worry about?
It's like in Memphis, we shut down the titty bars while the murders continue.
