After 8+ years spent screeching that Bill Clinton was not worthy of The Office, now they trot him out to establish moral equivalency.
OK, Mallard, if that's the game you really want to play...
After the Mark Rich pardon, Congress held hearings on the process. President Clinton waived executive privilege and allowed his aides to testify. Ball's in your court, so to speak.
While we're at it, we might as well impeach President Bush also.

WHOA WHOA WHOA. Don't engage with him on his own turf. Rather, ask him, with a straight face: okay, Bruce, what exactly is ironic about Hillary Clinton opposing Presidential pardons? How many of them would you say she has issued, roughly speaking? Oh. Really? Then what POINT are you trying to make, exactly? Do you think our current President be charged with vehicular manslaughter because his wife killed her teenage boyfriend with her car?
I love how Tinshley now actually celebrates the fact that his comics are wildly behind the times, news-wise. Particularly when it's about a "journalist" (or at least it was before it became a series of floating duck heads surrounded by grey fields of text).
Apparently the time between "Bush is gonna clean up this here White House" and "waaagh! The Clenis did it too, sort of, if you squint really hard!" is seven years.

That's an odd font for a plaque.
plus, shouldn't plaques have dates so it makes sense to people not reading the plaque on its date of creation.
Had Mallard gone for irony, he could have observed that "Scooter" had actually represented Rich in the past! I'd like to see an investigation. Wonder if Israel pushed for the Scooter pardon as hard as it lobbied to get Rich off?
