Tinsley makes a good case, it's very difficult to get decent medical care under the current health care system. He correctly implies that changes must be made.
Too bad it's still poorly drawn and not funny in any way.
Hint #52.3 to making a joke: make sure it correlates closely with something easily recognizable in real life when making a parody. Nobody likes a parody they can't understand. Generic reality TV shows/ game shows do not count. The closest contest this resembles is America's Next Top Model because it makes absolutely no sense.
