Those damned judges

What's Mallard raving about today?

The Ninth Circuit Court, San Francisco, Drug Use.

I'm really not sure why Mallard envisions a member of the Ninth Circuit Court sporting a Franz Josef, but at least now we know what it is about the Bay Area that most bothers Mallard.

The judge most feared by Tinsley appears to be a gay hippie; the guy's hand appears to have been tortuously drawn so that it has a peace sign and an extended pinky...

Gay marriage!

But Tinsley's married, does he think that gay marriage will mean that he and his wife will be forced to marry members of the same sex.

So the hippies have taken over San Fran. They're all high, and they've approved gay marriage.

The horror, the horror!

Though it makes sense, if the people in chareg are descendents of the 'free love' school of thought, of course they'd approve marriage between two men or two women, even though marriage is for squares.

The gays are high! And they have abortions! And they don't want to bomb people! And they don't like the President!

Run for your life!

So you have to be high to want peace now?

Does Tinsley sit on his front porch and plot war with neighbors who let their dogs poop on his yard?

Is he full of hate? Hopefully this comic is an outlet, so he's a normalish person (besides the drinking). Besides, don't we get angrier online, when we won't have to physically deal with the person we called a toad-licking moron?

You don't have to be high to want peace.

You have to be drunk to assume that, of course...

I find it interesting that Tinsley expects his audience to be familiar with the drug-fueled rulings of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
