What's Mallard raving about today?

Nice Timing.

Is it just me, or does the zoom link not work today? (The actual comic hasn't loaded by itself for about a month in my old crusty browser.)

I am better off than four years ago, but worse off than eight years ago. The question that should be asked is, when did you become worst off? Was it when your IRA retirement accounts and/or home values disappeared?

For the past few years, the GOP in the House and Senate have been anticipating this question, and have made every effort to keep people unemployed (i.e., no jobs bill passed and so on). Mitch McConnell had publicly stated that was their objective.

And I do know that if Romney/Ryan are elected, then my job WILL be at risk, as well as that of many others.

Dear Bruce "Independent" Tinsley:

As you furiously scribble down the lies, dog whistles, and Biden jokes dictated to you by an increasingly hysterical series of memos from your handlers, I invite you to imagine my hearty laughter ringing in your ears.

Yours in Son of Flying Spaghetti Monster,
Tog

Too funny! Today's Wall St Journal says new poll shows Obama increases his lead to 5 pts.

But yea Tinsley, Obama looks at the polls and says "Oh no!"
Was Tinsely thinking that by Sept 19th Romney would be ahead? Have another scotch Tinsley.

Jeez, Mallard, just say "SOMEONE SET US UP THE O-BOMB-A. TAKE OFF MITTS FOR GREAT JUSTICE! ALL GOP BASE ARE BELONG TO US" if you want to be this out of date with your memes.

Bruce Timely strikes again!

Heed the words of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Bruce: "Wishing for a thing does not make it so."

To be fair: the 1st character represents Bruce Tinshley himself, who most certainly is not better off now ... how many newspapers have dropped his "comic"?

Balancing that: Obama drew the worst campaigner in 50 years as his opponent, and at that moment in history in which the citizen recordings broadcast over the internet is revolutionizing the Aristocracy's prerogative of assuring their backers in private of things that would be politically fatal in public. Let's hope the Koch's and Adelsons don't have enough money invested to determine the election through advertizing and GOTV.
