Nice try taking credit for this idea, but except for the starting amount and the tax rate, this is Steven Forbes' tax plan.

Gosh. I can't imagine why they haven't jumped all over the proposal that would slash, Christ, I don't even know how many hundreds of billions of dollars from the federal budget. Hey, it's okay, I'm sure Ducky wouldn't mind the Department of Defense being cut back to a guy with a bolt-action rifle duct taped to the top of Gremlin.
