That damned 15 Minutes

What's Mallard raving about today?

The Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama.

Speaking of 15 minutes...it was a nice effort by Mallard and his Right Wing Overlords, but it looks like the American public has pretty well rejected the whole Guilt by Association with a Scary Black Pastor line of attack.

Isn't it time to move on to the next petty distraction?

Even Mallard has realized that Obama has disowned Rev. Wright. Definitely a sign that he needs to move on.

I was going to say that pretty soon we'll be seeing nothing more than a mishmash of all three talking points seen so far (Rev. Wright, the bitter speech, and "typical white people") but, wouldn't you know, he already did it.

Jesus, how many Rev. Wright strips can that man draw?! I think that off-screen voice was from a Mallard Fillmore reader.

Bonus points for the MF trademark "waiter hand" though.

This is just a thinly veiled way for Tinshley to tell that uppity Obama boy to sit down and shut up. Because, you know, he's definitely not racist or anything. No, no, no. Only a Sharpton-lover who didn't know his place would think that.

Not so thinly veiled, IMO.

TINSLEY: "Hey, I didn't tell him to shut up. It was the CARTOON CHARACTER that did it."
