That damned Son

What's Mallard raving about today?

President Obama

Let's parse this:

What President Obama said: "My main message is to the parents of Trayvon Martin. You know, if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon. All of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves."

What Mallard Fillmore heard: "I demand that you find the shooter guilty." I also remember the measured, "let's wait for the facts before judging" approach Mallard took to the Fort Hood shootings.

And yet, Mallard is accusing President Obama of forming opinions without any facts.

100% wrong 100% of the time.

On a separate note: why do Republicans want to coddle criminals all of a sudden?

On a related note, what "they" and the Republicans want is to be able to start a fight with someone who is unarmed, and then shoot to kill if they fight back. The "wild west" had higher moral standards about shooting unarmed men.

We're about eighteen months (including one re-election!) away from Tinshley smearing himself with excrement and screaming about the "ignant nigras" on the median strip of some minor highway.

So more of a minor change of form than one of content, really.

Can't wait for mid-May, when he leaps to the defense of Ted Nugent's diatribes (which really just echo the voices in Tinshley's head, anyway). Bigoted, drunken pedophiles have to stand up for each other, you know.

This was one of the most despicable turds Brews has crapped out, in my opinion.

First, he accuses the president of making judgements without knowing the facts in a way that makes plain Tinshley himself is either doing the same thing or, more likely, aware of the facts about what the president said and ignoring them.

Then he throws an unsubtle racist/secret Mooslim insinuation on top of that, couple with an utterly unfounded accusation that the president is anti-Israel.

I hope Tinshley's liver fails.

"Well, Zimmerman ain't white, but he DID done kill him a n****r, so points fer thet."

When reports of the Tulsa murders first hit the news, all the WITE POWAR!!1! kulture keyboard kommandos at my local newspaper's forum suddenly rolled over and whined, "let's wait until we have all the facts before rushing to judgment!" (They haven't been too chatty about it since the arrests.) But of course, these are the same shits who demanded the US "round up and execute" all the darks when the Murrah Building was blown up...

Coming VERY shortly from Tinsley: a set of "I'm not racist! YOU are!" strips to rehabilitate himself, then a weeklong screaming fest about Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Racism is basically dead in America!

The sole question is, did this cowardly scumbag jump on the "blame Trayvon" bandwagon the moment FOXNoise shifted attention in that direction?

This is day 2 of Tinsley's insistance that Obama spoke about the case without knowing the facts.
WTF? What do Obama's comments have to do with the case or any evidence. Is it because the president acknowledged that Trayvon Martin was dead. So did Romney, Sanitarium, and Newty Putooty. In fact, I'll bet that even Michelle Bachmann acknowledged it.
I'm starting to suspect that Tinsley has some degenerative brain desease.

Clearly, the maddening frustration over his inability to publicly scream, "That little n****r got what he deserved!!! Free Zimmerman now!!!" has screwed up Brucie's thought process even more than usual; the "punchline" of this strip bears no logical relation to the setup.

And speaking of Ted Nugent and smearing oneself with excrement...

Obama isn't sure if his theoretical son would look Palestinian or Israeli? Bruce probably wrote it first as "OJ Simpson or Idi Amin," but then even he realized that was a tad much.

Okay, and even I should have realized my comment was a tad much. I just can't remotely understand how this strip makes sense unless 2 other names were originally plugged in it.

Bruews Tinshley heard that and thought, "Seriously, I can use this to attack Obama!"

Actually, probably what happened is Brews saw the headline somewhere about the prez saying a son of his would look like Trayvon Martin, and filled in the rest himself.

But, while it's not a documented fact, it sure looks like Tinsh is one of those people who desperately want it to be okay that the guy with the gun shot the unarmed 17-year old to death. Fucking asswipe.

What the GOP doesn't understand is that Obama was expressing empathy. Perhaps they could look it up in the dictionary.

Doncha know, dictionaries are for elitists!

But, seriously: a black man says if he had a son he would look like a black kid... and Brewski finds this evidence of something crawling around in his head?

He's either drunker or more fucked up (or both) than I thought.
