I have to confess, I did not expect the tin-cup cavalcade to make a comeback.
In reviewing past tin-cup panels, I noticed that the most effective beggar of the group (based on the money in their tin cup) appears to be the Hippie. Make of that what you will.

He's not even bothering to put them on street corners now. Next we'll see a guy with just a sign and no tin cup, and after that just a sign floating in the middle of the panel.
