Those damned bad guys

What's Mallard raving about today?

Armed bad guys, unarmed good guys.

There are some days when dealing with this lunatic duck is just too depressing for words. Today is one of them.

Because God knows there's no better way to honor those who died than to have a badly illustrated duck use the tragedy three weeks later as a ham-handed segue to make a political argument against gun control.

Anyone notice that Mallard is thinking with his penis? Must be the Freudian thing about certain people need guns.

Looks to me like his thoughts are coming out of his ass, as usual.

The way Mallard works, he could probably precede every single strip with the words "It's already been three weeks since . . ."

I guess it's easy for Tinsley to tell the good guys from the bad guys. Life must be so simple at the bottom of a bottle.

So when did Mallard Lagmore's lead time go from two weeks to three? And does he really think the "it's already been three weeks since" will make anything he has to say sound vaguely current?

One can only hope that Tinshley practices what he preaches and keeps a loaded gun handy. With his drinking getting worse, it'll only be a matter of time.

I wondered why I got sick to my stomach after reading the paper.

I saw it, thought, typical, and went on to other parts of the paper.

We saw this so much "3 weeks" ago. In fact, there was a little missive to the editor saying that if abortions will continue if abortions are outlawed, gun crimes won't stop if guns are outlawed. Yeah, because abortion and guns are the same fucking thing!

Anyways, lots to get outraged over.

I'll say what everyone said "3 weeks" ago. SWAT team shows up at a school shooting. Who are they after?

Anybody with a gun! Idiot.

Let's keep guns out of the hands of criminals with two alcohol-related arrests.

Didn't one of us "Duck & Cover" readers predict this reaction several weeks ago? I swear the people who read this blog could write this strip and be pretty close most of the time-- Tinsley is just that predictable.

Because, when I think, "dozens of panicked, terrified teenagers with guns running through the halls" I think, "good plan".
