It's a fucking "seal embosser", you prick. Christ, it took me 20 seconds on google to find out what they were called. Little self-important wanker rants on and on and on about poor education and how kids be dumb, but uses "seal stamper thingy", and calls it a day.

Only one cartoonist has ever been able to mine any humor out of the "notary public" profession, and that was the late, great Don Martin.
