That damned Lie

What's Mallard raving about today?

Racism.

I am assuming this morality play has to do with Joe Wilson.

In any event, it underscores just how little Mallard actually understands the discussion of racism.

Just another day at the Tinsley household...

Yes, I'm sure the race card 100% is only played to cover misdeeds in this day and age. Because that makes the most sense.

Ok...this has reached the point of non-sequitir. Even if we want to argue that such an action wasn't racist at the very least it was pretty damn rude and improper. If a Dem had done something similar during a speech by Bush or Cheney there would have been a series of screams from the right wing noise machine about how horrid these liberals were.

How many times can Tin Eye play the Racist card? I know he's not playing with the same deck I'm used to. More like the special decks magicians use with 52 Aces of Spades to make sure their audience volunteer doesn't choose the wrong one and spoil the trick.

(Why yes, I did watch THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE.)

How delusional must someone be to believe that "racist" is an overused meaningless word? Every racial group, in the world, has suffered racism, therefore, everyone should be offended by this cartoon and the previous one that said the same thing. I do not think that A. Wyatt Mann is delusional enough to believe this insanity! Someone needs to beat Tinsley, while screaming, "I'll kill your cracker ass!" He will, by his logic, have to tell the judge the judge that was not a hate crime, because he thinks racism does not exist!

Word Verification: Antscon, the thing Tinsley sees crawling on himself when he suffers Delirium Tremens!

Tinkley, with the GOP, continues to shrink his audience to the last, few, bitter, angry old white drunk men.

Keep going, it's not that far to the bottom!

Yeah, we get it already, Brucie: You're hypersensitive about anyone reminding you that you and your precious pseudoconservatives are racist assholes.

So how much of this week's "research" went into this strip? 12 fluid ounces? 16?

No, i.h.c.a., racism exists, but only minorities and liberals can be racist.

Did BillyWitchDoctor poke his head in here?? Come back, dude, I miss you! In a totally non-racist way!

Am I the only one who finds that this interminable "I'm not a racist, you're a racist for calling me on my racism" series is making him long for another week about the Hulk in a tutu? HULK HATE PUNY TINSLEY!

Hmm...Bruce Tinsley, Bruce Banner, hmm... You wouldn't like Bruce when he's angry! Or drunk. Or stupid. Hell, I never liked him in the first place!

WV: spusn; the sound Bruce makes over the toilet the morning after too many hours of "research."

Why is Norman's navel speaking in the final panel?

(Well, i'm *hoping* it's his navel.)

I... I'm stunned yet again. I just... I can't believe it. This comic strip doesn't really exist, right? This is all just some nightmare I'm having after having too much spicy food and "research" right?
