Hey, King Features Syndicate! I just displayed more cleverness and talent than Bruce Tinsley has displayed all week. Where's my money?

Maybe Batshit's trying to force himself into a 'Groundhog Day'-style situation, reliving the same day over and over until he stumbles upon a reality in which Bruce Tinsley isn't a fitshaced failure.

Oh my, what a list I could offer of Republicans "choking" on stage...

The idiocy of this strip just boggles the mind, as usual.

Projecting much, Bruce? Realizing you wouldn't have any thoughts at all, aside from "I need another beer," if Fox News went off the air?

The lesson here is that "going rogue" means shouting NO! and then quitting your job.

But we already knew this.

"The lesson here is that "going rogue" means shouting NO! and then quitting your job...."

...which makes today's "comic" achieve exactly the opposite of what Brewsky intended.

Whenever anyone reminds America how "The Quitter" sunk the failing McCain campaign by "Going Rogue", another moderate gains his liberal wings.

P.S. PRO TIP FOR TINSHLEY: Palin will never get the GOP nomination because she does not want it! Like Newt Gingrich, she's discovered she can have a great lifestyle by pretending to run for president, without all that pesky responsibility stuff. It's the P.T.Barnum school of politics!

Same crap, plus the freaking teleprompter? Very well:

Bruce Tinshley is a bad cartoonist who drinks a lot, and who needs to piss the hell off.

"JESUS CHRIST!!! FARTBAMA USES A TELEMPROMPTER!!! HE TRULY IS A FASCIO-SOCIO-MOOSLIM!!!" is so

Repeat a lie often enough...

and it still isn't the truth. Face it, Obama just isn't that easy to mock.

Pretty rich, coming from a guy whose "job" consists solely of regurgitating weeks-old Approved Talking Points in a badly drawn format. Which makes him less "a guy reading off a teleprompter" than it makes him "a ventriloquist dummy."

I guess Bruce "forgot" about the time the Republicans invited President Obama to their retreat and had a question and answer session with him sans telemprompter. As the realization dawned on the smug idiots that the president was handing their asses to them I'm sure they quickly made the decision to never invite President Obama to another retreat.

Let's contrast that story with this exchange:

Katie Couric: "What other Supreme Court decisions do you disagree with?"
Sarah Palin: "Well, let's see. There's --of course --in the great history of America rulings there have been rulings, there's never going to be absolute consensus by every American. And there are -- those issues, again, like Roe v Wade where I believe are best held on a state level and addressed there. So you know -- going through the history of America, there would be others but--"
Couric: "Can you think of any?"
Palin: "Well, I could think of -- of any again, that could be best dealt with on a more local level. Maybe I would take issue with. But you know, as mayor, and then as governor and even as a Vice President, if I'm so privileged to serve, wouldn't be in a position of changing those things but in supporting the law of the land as it reads today." --unable to name any Supreme Court decisions other than Roe v. Wade, CBS News interview, Oct. 1, 2008

Now who needs the teleprompter Dumbass?

I'm beginning to think Tinsley never wanted to be a cartoonist in the first place, but (aside from Highlights for Children) there just isn't any money in rebuses.
