That damned inevitability

What's Mallard raving about today?

Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton.

I don't have time to do the math for real, but let's assume this was drawn sometime between Iowa's caucus and the New Hampshire primary.

If it weren't for the fact that his campaign is struggling to reach single percentage points, I'd be looking forward to equally unhilarious and sanctimonious Mallard-style infidelity commentary applied to Rudy of the multiple marriages.

Ba-ZING! Well said, DaveyK!

May Tinny's other flawed aspects of his private life--you know, besides the alcoholism and the mugshot and the evident deterioration of his already-minuscule skills--all become spectacularly public.

The Hillary caricatures always scare the crap out of me. This time she reminds me of "The Witches", when the kids were transformed into mice. Or one of the "Can-toi" villains in Stephen King's Dark Tower books.

Come on Tinsley, you can make a point without making her look like that. Even the Kaiser raping the Statue of Liberty in 1918 looked good by comparison.

Michael, I'm looking at Tuesday's strip now, and apparently, he can't. Drawing ugly caricatures of people he doesn't like, as childish as that is, seems to be all he's got right now. (Not that he's ever had much else to go with.)

(Also, the two-week lag returns to bite him savagely on the ass again.)
