That damned Bull

What's Mallard raving about today?

The Stock Market, Campaign Speeches.

Today, Mallard speaks out on a topic that no one else has the bravery to discuss: honesty in election campaign speeches.

We're it not for Mallard, Americans might still believe that politicians were scrupulously honest at all times, in all speeches. But now that Mallard is on the case, the American people are forewarned.

Seriously, Mallard gets paid for this?

Why did Tinsley not just say, "bullshit?" I doubt, given all the fucked up shit he has said that Mallard Fillmore is edited or censored.

Nevermind, I forgot that Tinsley loves censorship.

fuckreagan:
censorship of others is necessary but hey, when you're a renegade like mr. Tinsley here you can't be just told to shut up

hence, the 2nd amendment

Stop it, Bruce -- my ribs!!! Is there ANY sacred cow you won't puncture with your stunning wit????

Since ajm beat me to the bovine jokes, I was instead gonna ask what sort of kid dresses up like the stock market? And make witty observations on the reichwing's "all politicians are bad so abandon all hope" meme.

But then I noticed the ellipsis starting the 2nd balloon has only 3 dots!

This can NOT be an authentic Tinkley strip; it must have been lettered by a temp.

How can Tinsley look at himself in the mirror after submitting this week's cartoons to King Features Syndicate?

Sign the economy's gone bad: In lieu of candy, that guy's just giving out pumpkin innards this year.

I do like how that one piece of candy appears to be levitating.

Hey kid: if you're walking through the park and some guy is standing behind some bushes with candy, don't talk to him.

That is one shitty costume.

I don't even want to think about it.

The election is Tuesday, and this is what he has? Politicians lie?

Oh my head, where is my fainting couch?

I want to see Sarah Palin, dammit!

Assuming Obama wins the election the election, the follow up comic, three months later, will be hilarious.

"Niggers and sand monkeys shouldn't be in office! Hohten "Tot" Mcocca, alias "Iraq Saddam Hussein Osama Bin-Laden" will fuck us all, in every sense of the word! They need to work on my lawn and do whatever I ask, unlike those ricans who take all of our jobs but refuse to do any work! Who will we elect next: Will we allow foreigners to become Presidents and vote in Chinky Japafaggots or Macaacas?

"I hate stupid worthless niggers...they should be dirty ditch-diggers...not any Presidents...Jesus declared that to Hell they would be sent...I know they suck ass, more ass than anyone do they suck...I would rather go to prison and be fucked...He doesn't now what he's doing...He's a Communist...He likes lots of terrorism...I hate all of them...We should abandon the country...You know I'm right...I must drink more...

freagan's hatred toward Tinsley et al. reminds me of Brad Pitt in Se7en. Watch out, dude - one of these days Tinsley will show up at your house with a special package, and you must resist the urge to strike him down!

So bad, there is no value to this "comic strip" whatsoever. Tinsley, ever have a real job?

freagan: Although the sailor talk is unbecoming, your natural sense of "fillmore verse" is impeccable. One flaw: the ellipses are all correctly formed.

The market has been positively bearish for months now. We haven't had a bull market in a long while. Who on Earth would plan their costume so fair in advance to come up with a costume for something that is in constant flux, only to keep the same costume and rename it to something that will shortly come to a close for a while? Cut your losses and say "I'm wearing a bull costume, go ahead and make whatever lame ass joke you want about it, now give me some damn candy."
