Truly. I'm actually kind of speechless. Would Tinsley prefer that we revert to a state of anarchy? 'Cause that's what no taxes would get us. What a drunk fuckwit he is.
Paying your taxes isn't patriotic? Isn't that kind of the lowest level of patriotic, below which there is nothing that could possibly be called patriotic? I mean, if you won't even pay your taxes, it's hard to see how you could have any claim on patriotism.
Of course, there is a whole (tiny) movement of tinfoil hat wackaloons who believe that they don't have to pay taxes, who call themselves the Patriot Movement. Maybe these survivalists, white supremacists, and scary Christian militia are the new face of the Republican party, now that anyone with any sense has abandoned it.
Given how damned often Tinkley bleats about how hard it is for the "poor", "oppressed" White Man to say things in this society without being labeled a Racist, it's supremely ironic he'd use Biden's gaffe to try and discredit him. Not the least bit surprising, of course, and not terribly useful since it has little-to-no bearing on the topic at hand, but quite ironic.
Wow, Great catch, Erich. More evidence, if any were needed, that Tinsley has no principles. It's would be funny if it weren't so grotesque that this mutant thing that we all laughingly call "conservatism" is considered by many to be an actual political philosophy as opposed to an inchoate jumble of neuroses, psychoses, and resentments.

The Frankenstein head is one thing, but how many eyebrows can one man have?! They look like a flock of seagulls.

That does it, I'm totally not going to vote for Joe Biden in the 2008 primaries now.
Remember when Mallard thought it was absurd for anyone to be offended by the use of the word "articulate"?

How long until they just rename the strip "Ad Hominem"?
Just to be clear, Biden isn't a plagiarist. He stated repeatedly that he was using some of Neil Kinnock's lines in his speeches.
A small detail, but I still thought it should be covered.
@ holman: Another name for this "comic" would be "Reichwing Got Nuthin'"
@ Patrick: if they repeat a lie often enough, it becomes true!
