Those damned Pseudo-Intellectuals

What's Mallard raving about today?

Pseudo-intellectuals, tolerance.

It's so sad that the NASCAR and Christian communities, neither of which have a history of intolerance towards others races and religions, are subjected to being looked askance at. How ever will they survive?

As for the lawn ornament community, what could any reasonable person possibly object to?

Absolutely hilarious.

...That Bruce "Batshit" Tinsley has the sheer chutzpah to try to take anyone else to task for pseudointellectualism, "smug faces," "looking askance," and intolerance--all of which are regularly-exercised traits of Mallard, Batshit himself, and the neocon blatherheads of radio and TV at whose feet Batshit grovels, his tongue working furiously to clean.

Seriously, Batshit? Do you think ignoring your hypocrisy makes it not exist? Or do you not even remember your own strip from day to day? Either way, you're mental.

Oh, and there's a difference between tolerating someone and letting someone spread complete and utter bullshit without argument. As a practicing pseudointellectual, you should be well aware of that already.

Say, doesn't that guy look an awful lot like Michael Savage with glasses and without the toupee? Maybe he's a double agent or something.

And Braindamage: I'd recommend that you crack a dictionary and learn the meaning of the word "projection", but your profound lack of self-awareness would make that an exercise in futility.

Boy, those goddamn fucking smart people--I hate them SO MUCH. Always actin' all smug and gettin all condescending towards regler foax! Grrr!

Thanks for reading! In tomorrow's comic, I'll be smugly condescending towards Kids Today for being stoopid! Look forward to it! Better put on your riot gear, 'cause it's gonna be a riot. A LAUGH riot!

Coming from the man who just spent a week calling cats, "gay-ass liberal faggot animals."
I mean, I'm paraphrasing, but still.

Also, coming from the man who is no longer able to draw his main character with anything but a smug, self-righteous, pompous face.

Is he defending Rand Paul? How cute!

The guy who claims that businesses can discriminate due to free market libertarian principles, but the then announces that he is a conservative and not a libertarian when it came to begging for republican money. Which leaves his initial libertarian principles completely unjustified as he's no longer following pure ideology. So he takes Sarah Palin's advice and shuts out the "lame-stream media" (I agree, FOX is the most watched news on cable and hence mainstream is lame).

I'm not smug about it though. That train wreck isn't my work or my doing, and pretty frightening in light of the fact that THIS is supposed hold up its half of the debate. Having an intelligent debate is more important than winning without opposition.

That's so adorable. He learned how to draw another facial expression from watching that South Park episode. Television is way more educational than "school" or "college."

FWIW Atlas Shrugs is a radical Jewish, not Christian, site. and the drunken skank there - who makes Orly Taitz seem like Margaret Meade - is also as the name indicates an Objectivist - when Rand died the last guy sleeping with her was Leonard Peikoff, a radical Zionist and Jewish supremacist, so he got most of her precious tapes, etc. and formed the Ayn Rand Institute. A little less than half the Objectivists formed the Atlas Society under David Kelley after he split with Peikoff over turning Objectivism from market fundamentalism to neoconservative warmongering Zionism. And over there is the splitter from the People's Judean Front ...

That said, there are endless racist caricatures by the Xian community of Obama, many involving monkeys or Islamic terrorists. It just so happens Pam Geller Oshry is particularly batshit crazy.

also, this entire comic is a TROLL. He knows even his readers won't find it funny in and of itself. What will make them laugh is imagining how we'll react to it.

That we'll think it's childish only reinforces the stereotype.

Jimmy Carter's a Christian, and a whole lot more like him.

Lotta NASCAR fans got their jobs shipped overseas.

I don't know who this wall-of-text lazy cartoon is aimed at but, as Marion suggests, that's not the point. He's just drunkenly stirring the sh1tpot and cackling to himself.

I do believe the Tinsh's inclusion of a Lawn-Ornament Community is a solid candidate for this years Creepiest Unintentional Self-Revelation award.
