So many conservative authors go out of their way to reveal critics as evil and martyr themselves that you'd think the Sleazy Sue got boring, but people still buy that junk.
Mallard's immune from a sleazy tell-all, because there's nothing to tell. No character development, no character interaction to speak of, no personality. Just a duck and a TV set. It would take one page, and you could sell ads on the back.

La Cucaracha I'm not so impressed with - Its premise seems to be, "Trading in dumb, insulting stereotypes of Latinos is funny as long as it's a Latino doing it."
And if he's going to slam lame political strips, where's Prick City?
How much could a tell-all book, possibly, tell us about Tinsley? His drunk driving is common knowledge, he has, throughout this comic, exposed his extreme racism, unprecedentedly-delusional psyche, sociopathy, and complete inability to accept anything that does not fit his incredibly narrow view of the world--i.e, anyone who not a White Southern American Premillenial Dispensationalist extremist Conservative Republican who hates everyone else is evil. I think we can interpret from these facts that he, literally, bashes blacks and gays, so I do not think anything else can be said.
Word Verification: Angange, a particularly horrible form of gangrene that is better than read Mallard Fillmore.
This Modern World can be overly didactic sometimes, but it has more than its share of really great moments, and even if you you generally don't care for it, to go so far as to call it a "disgrace?" That's just absurd.
I thought Tom Tomorrow was pretentious, the first time I read his strip. That was years and years ago. Now I'm amazed at how he puts his finger directly on the nexus of inanity -- more often from the right, but he's nailed the left as well, mostly for not having spines.

And of course, this is coming from Bruce Tinsley, who milks every scandal involving a liberal politician or a black athlete for every drop he can get.
